What is Yoga:
Yoga is the ancient art and science of balancing the physical and subtle anatomy of the individual. In Sanskrit yoga means “union”, a union between mind, body and spirit.

Private Yoga

For:  All levels of practitioners.

Description: I am available for private lessons either at your home or at a studio convenient to you.

Times: I can also come to your workplace for lunchtime yoga.
 

Gentle Yoga

For: Beginners, people returning to the practice, and regular practitioners.

Description: This slow paced flow style class focuses on breath and proper alignment.

All Levels Flow

For: All levels of practitioners with options for modified postures and variations.

Description: This active vinyasa style class focuses on breath and proper alignment.

Restorative Yoga

For: All levels of practitioners and those recovering from tension, stress, illness, or injury. Restorative yoga complements an active asana practice.

Description: This class focuses on entering a restful space in gentle poses held for 15-20 minutes of quiet stillness to allow the body’s self healing properties to begin working.

Meditation

For: All levels of practitioners.

Description: This class begins with a short guided meditation and instruction on correct body posture and breath awareness to settle the mind. Participants are always invited but never required to share questions and experiences after the meditation.
